Parent Questionnaire (students 16-18yrs)

We would invite parents to get involved in a research project, which is investigating the intensity of mobile phone and social networking site use among adolescents and how relates to their developing sense of identity. 

The study involves parents of students aged 16-18 clicking a link to a questionnaire, completing a number of questions, giving their consent for their child to participate and passing the questionnaire over to their child for them to complete the remaining questions.
