Mol an Oige forms an important part of our school crest - "Praise the Young".

Here in the Edmund Rice secondary School we look for every opportunity to recognise the achievements of our amazing students.

On May 28th, we held an Awards Ceremony, and we were honoured to have Eddie Bourke from the ERST Trust and John Power from Carrick-on-Suir Credit Union present to help give out certificates and trophies to the deserving students

Awards recognised many different talents and contributions to school life. Some of the main Awards included Student of the Year and various Sporting achievements. The main winners of these were Morgan McKnight (Student of the Year), Ciaran Power (Senior Sports Person of the Year) and Josh Hegarty (Junior Sports Person of the Year).

Other areas recognised included:

Student of the Year Nominees

Student of the Week nominations
